Serving suggestions: Subtle flavours are best served simply with warm toast or brioche and a crisp salad. Add fleur de sel or Maldon salt and ground black pepper. Ingredients: Duck foie gras, water, truffles, Armagnac (Armagnac, salt, pepper), salt, gelatin, sugar, sodium erythorbate, white pepper, sodium nitrite.
Serving: Refrigerate 20 minutes before opening. Remove both sides and gently slide out by applying pressure on one end.
