For the final entry in the CB x Peter Pan cookbook series, we have one of our favourite culinary iconoclasts visiting from London: Chef Lee Tiernan will be cooking from his legendary restaurant and eponymous cookbook Black Axe Mangal. Chef Tiernan made his name at Chef Fergus Henderson’s St John’s Bread and Wine, spending ten years there and leaving as Head Chef.
