100% Malbec. Magenta rim, rose, cherry, vanilla, and plum on the nose. Deep purple robe. A soft and subtle opening palate. Great balance between floral, oak, and fruit character gives the wine a soft, harmonious feel without any one note dominating, followed by a long and silky finish.

The Story

The Otero Ramos family’s approach was to listen to the terroir, rather than transplant Spanish winemaking ideas, and so they focused mainly on Malbec, the grape of the D.O. region, learning that drip irrigation is necessary, and that older vines are vital for the classic style of the region.
