Octopoda Red Hills Cabernet Sauvignon, Precision, 2022 (2 bottles)
This classic California Cabernet Sauvignon from Red Hills AVA is aged in French Oak for 10 months. With a purple robe, it presents notes of vanilla, black currant, licorice, and peat. The palate offers a great round mouthfeel with black fruit and spice. An AVA (American Viticultural Area) is a special recognized region that has a distinct microclimate and terrain that imprint recognizable characteristics on the grapes grown there.

This crowd-pleasing, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, is aged in 60% New Oak and 40% neutral barrels for 15 months. With a ruby red color, it boasts notes of deep red fruit, blackberry, herbs, licorice, cassis, and blueberry, rounded out with a touch of French Oak. Full-bodied with flavors of dark cherries, black plum, melted milk chocolate, spring flowers, graphite, and toast. North Coast Arrowflite Chardonnay, Precision, 2021 (2 bottles)
A superb classic North Coast Chardonnay, brimming with apple, stone-fruit and Meyer lemon. Notes of pears, green apples and almonds on the nose. The palate is dominated by Meyer lemon, peaches, and custard. Aged in neutral oak for 8 months, avoiding the heavy oakiness of some Chardonnays. A versatile and food-friendly wine that pairs excellently with chicken dishes, grilled fish, scallops, crab with butter, and smoked fish.
