Kaviari

Subtle hints of earthy undergrowth and a creamy finish linger on the palate, delivering an elegant, well-rounded taste.
Grateful Chicken
Brandon Olsen is the brains behind some of Toronto’s best and most beloved concepts; Restaurant La Banane, Restaurant Le Melon, CXBO Chocolates. In 2015, Brandon created Brando’s Fried Chicken, which instantly became Toronto’s favorite and best fried chicken. Brandon is the Culinary Director of Chefs Hall, in the core of the financial district. Brandon’s newest creation is the Grateful Chicken, a combination of his love for the Grateful Dead, Keith Herring and frying Toronto’s best fried chicken. For the collab with CB Brandon created an “off menu” chicken nugget just for us!
