This is foie gras in its purest form. Unlike a mousse, it is pure 100% duck foie gras liver of the finest quality, lightly seasoned with Armagnac.\
Fully cooked and ready to serve, this small format is perfect as an appetizer for two (or one, if you don’t feel like sharing!) The ideal gift for any foodie on your list.
Serving suggestions: Best enjoyed on toasted brioche or with crusty peasant-style bread. A layer of sweetness such as a fig jam, chutney, or baked apples will complement the foie gras’ delicate flavour and light texture.

- Serving: Open both ends with a can opener and push on one end to remove content from tin. Cut into ¼inch slices and serve cold.
