2022 Rosamara

Very light blooming pink, characteristic of very soft, delicate vinification.

Fruity notes of vineyard peaches, small red fruits and black pepper.

In 1936, Mattia Vezzola Sr. purchased his first vineyards in Moniga in the “Costa” locality, an area known for its Rosé wines, and where the first Costaripa winery would be built 60 years later. Over the years, the winery would continue to develop and the RosaMara we know today would be born in 1984.

Silky texture with a harmonious and balanced palate. Ample and rich in excellent persistence and sapidity. Long finale with very slight aftertaste of bitter almonds.

Ideal aperitif. Enhances raw white fish, amberjack, snapper, scallops scalded on the bridge, peppered mussels, steamed prawns with peach salad and all types of Mediterranean salads.
