This is a lovely, textural wine that relies on the Sémillon for silky texture, and the Verdelho for depth and freshness. A belnd of Sémillon and Verdelho. Aged in a mix of old and new French oak. Notes of zest, pear, quince and a touch of toasted brioche. Deep straw robe. A really good winter salad with radishes and shaved pecorino, any other salad really, grilled fish, sushi.
