Salvador Burgos, once head of the local cooperative, has championed organic viticulture since launching the estate with his wife Conxita. Their vines, some of which date back to 1950, surround their centuries-old farmhouse and produce wines with a deep connection to this land. That soulful character comes in part from Salvador’s biodynamic approach, as he farms by the moon’s lunar cycles and lets nature set the rhythm, yielding deeply expressive fruit from living, healthy soils.
