While Super-Tuscans have become extremely popular, it is still unusual to see a 100% Cab Sauv in Tuscany, much less one this accomplished. Aged for six months in French Barriques. Notes of currant, fresh tobacco, flowers and wood. Intense, ruby-red colour. A long finish with serious tannins.

A true Super Tuscan. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Cabernet Franc. Aged 12 months in barrique, 4 months in concrete vats, minimum 12 months in bottle. Notes sour cherry with marked balsamic notes. Intense ruby colour. Elegant and sapid taste with a complex, long finish.
1 BOTTLE OF PETIT MANOU, 2020, DAVID BEAULIEU, BORDEAUX, FRANCE
The vineyard is established on the first hill of Saint- Émilion, half a kilometre away from the village. Its vines have always been grown with the higher respect of the
terroir and nature. Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot. The must is entirely matured in French oak (50% one-year-old, 50% two-year old) for 12 months. Notes of black cherry and plum flavors show accents of herb, licorice and tobacco. Ruby red colour. A round red, which has light, firm tannins and a finish that mingles notes of iron and rose.
