A little more “serious”, but still delicious expression of Cab Franc, this is the most classically “Bordeaux” of all three wines, but is still slightly unusual, not least for being 100% Cab Franc. From a tiny lieu-dit that has a very similar soil composition to St. Émilion, this is one of the finest single varietal expression of Cab Franc we have tried, and a great display of the Le Grix de la Salle family’s focus on terroir expression.
