This Champagne offers a crisp and vibrant profile, with tasting notes of green apple, lemon zest, and subtle floral undertones, complemented by a delicate minerality and a hint of toasted bread. Aged in the bottle to develop its complexity, it is crafted in a Brut Nature style, meaning it has no added sugar, allowing the purity of the terroir to shine through. With a fine, persistent mousse and a refreshing, dry finish, it pairs beautifully with fresh seafood, oysters, or a variety of soft cheeses. Champagne Cattier, a family-run estate with a long tradition of quality, produces wines that reflect their commitment to craftsmanship and the unique characteristics of Champagne’s Premier Cru terroirs. The Cattier family's winemaking traditions date back to 1625, in the renowned region of Reims. For the past 400 years, their commitment to excellence has been rooted in handing down knowledge and expertise.

The Story

The history of the Pasetti Winery goes back 5 generations. In the 60's, the winery started its own vinification with extremely positive results. In the 80's, Testarossa (which literally means "red head"), the flagship of the winery was born. Today, the Pasetti family still runs the winery.
