1 bottle Lange "Long Now" Rosso DOC, 2018, PELISSERO, PIEDMONT, ITALY:
50% Barbera, 50% Nebbiolo. Separate vinification for the two varieties with maceration of 10-12 days for Nebbiolo and 25 days for Barbera in stainless steel casks at controlled temperature. Decantation again in steel, then in wood. Aged in small oak barrels for 15-18 months, then in bottle for 10-12 months. Ripe fruit, blackberry, raspberry and red cherry with vanilla. An explosion of full-bodied flavour that is velvety and all-embracing. The savoury elegance of the two varietals combine excellently for an unforgettable taste.

100% Nebbiolo. The Canti team, composed of the winemakers of the Fratelli Martini Secondo Luigi spa – the family company of Gianni Martini operating on the market since 1947 – designers, marketers and ordinary people, has shaped the brand and its product lines. Garnet red with orange reflections. Dry, full, strong, severe but velvety. Harmonious with a slight taste of liquorice.

1 bottle Testarossa DOC, 2019, PASETTI, ABRUZZO, ITALY
100% Montepulciano. Obtained from 40-year-old vineyards. Grapes are pressed and fermented for 20 days. Fermentation occurs with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. After storage of 18 months in steel tanks to facilitate the decantation, the wine ages for about 18-22 months in oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation is spontaneous. Ruby-red colour. Ripe red & black fruits, blackberries, blueberries, plums, cherries and violet on the nose. A warm and full-bodied wine with elegant tannins, good structure and persistence. It can be appreciated after several years.
