This wine offers rich and complex tasting notes of blackcurrant, plum, and dark cherry, intertwined with hints of tobacco, cedar, and a touch of Mediterranean herbs. Full-bodied with velvety tannins, it is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, which imparts depth, elegance, and a long, polished finish. Ideal pairings include grilled steak, lamb chops, or truffle-infused pasta.
