Pale yellow with reflections of gold. On the nose; full floral notes and an intense aroma of golden apples and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is rich, mature and balanced. It is ideal as an aperitif and pairs well with elaborate fish dishes, white meats and vegetables. 100% Vermentino grape. The cold maceration on skins for about 18 hours.
