Organic. Made from indigenous grapes: Corvina 50%, Corvinone 20%, Rondinella 25%, Molinara 5%.

La Dama is family-run winery located in the middle of Valpolicella Classica, crafting organic wines characterised by great elegance and balance. Grapes are collected during the first ten days of October and delicately pressed. The first fermentation begins, which aims to preserve the fragrance and elegance of these grapes. At the end of February it is then left to ferment on the marcs of Amarone (Ripasso technique) for about 8-10 days. This gives it character, softness and complexity to the wine. Refining is done in wooden barriques for nearly 2 years and in bottles for at least 6 months.

Food Pairings: Pairs well with cheese lasagna, grilled or stewed white meat.

Tasting notes: Intense ruby-red colour. Ripe cherries, blackberries, exotic spices, cloves and nutmeg on the nose. Soft, vivid and refined taste.
