Organic. Grapes grown on volcanic soil. Nerello Mascalese 95% and Nerello Cappucio 5%. A fresh, fragrant and very elegant wine. Aged 16 months in French oak barrels plus one month in steel tank. Supple tannins and persistent acidity on the palate. Ripe fruit and sweet spices.

Organic. 100% Nero d’Avola. Vinified only in steel tanks, Rossojbleo is fresh, with lively acidity and characteristic notes of red fruit, flowers, dried herbs, and a spicy touch. It displays soft-but-present tannins. This lighter version is easy to approach and constitutes a great alternative to the richer Nerojbleo.
