All-natural yeast and production. 50% Sangiovese 50% Barbera. Half fermented and aged in oak, and half in stainless steel. Very light pink in colour. Hints of hawthorn, sour cherry and pomegranate. A blend of Groppello, Marzemino (both rare grapes), Sangiovese and Barbera. A silky, harmonious texture. Slight almond aftertaste.

Food Pairings: Ideal aperitif, enhances raw white fish, amberjack, snapper, scallops scalded on the bridge, peppered mussels, steamed prawns with peach salad and all types of Mediterranean salads.

Tasting notes: Fruity notes of vineyard peaches, small red fruits and black pepper. Silky texture, harmonious, ample, rich in excellent persistence and sapidity. Long finale with very slight aftertaste of bitter almonds.
