Mocali Cabernet Sauvignon Mocali Cabernet Sauvignon Mocali Cabernet Sauvignon

100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged for six months in French Barrique.

While Super-Tuscans have become extremely popular, it is still unusual to see a 100% Cab Sauv in Tuscany, much less one this accomplished. Look for classic green notes on the nose, but the unmistakable Italian touches of leather and balsamic on the palate.

Food Pairings: Pairs well with aged cheeses, red meat, truffles, roasts and grilled pork.

Tasting notes: Intense, ruby-red colour. Aromas of currant, fresh tobacco, flowers and wood. Velvety tannins, structured with good acidity, fruity. Intense with fresh finish.
