Organic Certified 100% Sangiovese.

This is a perfect example of the Tuscan red. The fruit and the florality are as well integrated as the tannins and the acid, making this one of the best food-wines we've ever delivered. A mix of fresh and dried fruit on the palate, cherries and a touch of rosewater in the smoky finish.

Food Pairings: Pairs well with salami, cold cuts first courses, grilled meats and vegetables, Pecorino cheese and young or semi-aged cheeses.

Tasting notes: Ruby red with darker traces with interesting notes of plum, cherry and currant. Elegant but straightforward, it feels warm and embracing and rewards with a great aftertaste. Balanced.
