Barbera D'Alba PIANI
Barbera D'Alba PIANI Barbera D'Alba PIANI

100% Barbera

In the heart of Langhe area (UNESCO heritage), soil rich in mineral and clay. Aged 9 months in oak barrels (30-40% in barrique and the remaining in 50 hl barrels). Deep Ruby red. Fantastic nose with stewed fruit, raspberry, blueberry. Full body, crazy acidity, tannic.

Food Pairings: Veal meat, grilled white meat, Pasta carbonara.

Tasting notes: The colour is red ruby bright and intense; The olfactory sensations are very delicate including blackberry and plum in the beginning and typically vinous in the end. On the whole the olfactory fragrance provides a pleasant and teasing feeling. Saltiness and acidity are in the foreground of this wine that does not hide its polifenolic power. Barbera amplitude is very interesting together with its persistent aftertaste.

This wine comes in cases of 6 bottles.
