Serving suggestions: Ready to serve as an appetizer on a plate with a fresh salad. Spread on bread with some condiments and cornichons (gherkins). Makes for an elegant weekend brunch enjoyed on a charcuterie board with some cheese. The duck and pork pâté mixed with the fine texture of foie gras has a rustic feel. Rougié recommends keeping things as simple as possible when serving.

- Ingredients: Pork, duck meat, duck foie gras, duck liver, whole liquid eggs, modified tapioca starch, port wine (tawny port wine, salt, pepper, sulfites), salt, gelatin, whey protein concentrate, onions, parsley, garlic, sugar, pepper, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrites.
- Serving: Refrigerate before opening. Take lid off and remove pâté from the jar. Serve with a knife.
