Black Phillip 3 Year Aged Gouda 200g wedge

A rich Gouda from Holland, made from cow's milk, aged a minimum of 3 years. The result is a cheese that is nutty, with hints of butterscotch and flecks of calcium crystals throughout the paste. Produced by Veldhuyezen Kaas in the Netherlands.

Pairs well with a glass of Etna Bianco DOC 2024 (volcanic salinity and citrus that refresh the palate), or Tulin DOC 2021 (vibrant acidity helps balance the creamy nuttiness).

This 200g wedge of cheese is vacuum-sealed.
