Mousse Of Duck Foie Gras 320g

Mousse Of Duck Foie Gras 320g

Simple and versatile. The light airy texture makes this treat a real crowd-pleaser.

Fully cooked and ready-to-eat, this flavourful mousse is made of duck foie gras, and duck fat with Armagnac and Port. The preparation contains no pork.

Serving suggestions: Prepare ravioli with foie gras for a family dinner. Can be enjoyed as an appetizer with friends, spread on French baguette or brioche. Light texture and subtle taste make it an ideal ingredient in a savoury pasta sauce or with a steak in «Tournedos Rossini» style.
