Duck & Pork Paté With 20% Foie Gras
Last-minute guests and no time to choose a dazzling gourmet starter? Grab a jar of duck & pork pâté with foie gras! A classic of French cuisine, it requires no preparation.
Serving suggestions: Ready to serve as an appetizer on a plate with a fresh salad. Spread on bread with some condiments and cornichons (gherkins). Makes for an elegant weekend brunch enjoyed on a charcuterie board with some cheese. Duck and pork pâté mixed with the fine texture of foie gras has a rustic feel. Rougié recommends keeping things as simple as possible when serving.
